Denford Triac - Help

I tried to post in the intro section but my post never appeared.

I have the option to get my hands on the above machine.

I need the machine to cut out shapes in sheet metal. Usually tin or Aluminum bout 2mm thick.
Id like a machine that can do 3d carvings...Would this machine do this?
Im pretty new to all this jazz and if i can get this machine cheap i think it can do everything and more than i need.

Does anyone know what a second hand one should go for?
it doesnt come with a PC, but i assume i can hook it up to any old windows based PC and correct software?
