DIY Spindle Drawbar?

I am looking at some options for spindles for my new machine. I have found a spindle but it does not come with it's associated drawbar setup.

I have looked online, can see some details of the drawbar but am sure the costs will be exorbitant.

Is this something that can be made in a semi decent workshop? Its not a complex item, is it?
