Images uploading and android

Why have i spent the last hour trying to upload images via Android to this site? There is no obvious way to insert an image in what I'm going to imagine is the app version of the site.... Ok so I click go to the full version of the site which is not very friendly for a phone, only to find I can do nothing with that either to navigate to my images.

To top it off i now can't find a way to get out of the full site back to the app type site.

Can someone please advise?

When I normally come to the site from my phone I just search it in the search bar and it comes up with a site which seems to be kind of like a mobile-friendly site.. I'm not actually sure what that opens it in as such. I have a suspicionits Chrome being as my phone is a Motorola. When I opened up to the full site that was definitely in Chrome.
