Hey, i want to build some small CNC, mainly to machine aluminium.
Have leadshine drivers, nema23 steppers, gecko driver too. Hiwin rails, and 16 and 20mm ballscrews. Interested in use 20k 2.2kw spindle, to machine 4mm aluminium plates.
Want some tips or point me to some design to build solid machine to at least let me machine max 40x40cm pieces.
Was thinking that can be 40x25 or 40x30 too so can use an fixed gantry.
