Anyone tried Z-Axis from Fred at BST?

I'm getting lazy and anxious and looking for shortcuts. I've been very happy with the ballscrews and linear rails from BST - has anyone tried one of their "Linear Stage Modules"? How about their water-cooled spindles (guessing these are just like any of the others on eBay)?
