I have just wired up my spindle. The spindle is running very hot and I get a error after a few minutes on the enerror is E0H5 and E0HA. Now the settings have pd008 at 220 and the spindle label says 080#200 2.2kw 110V. 8.5A 400hz. It’s water cooled. The inverter is a Huanyang hy02d211b. 3phac110+-20% 50hz+-5hz in. 3 ph 0-110ac 2.2kw 20A .50-400hz out.

This is running in the US 110V 60hz. So should pd008 be set at 110. Plus pd173 is at 255.

Is there a problem that the inverter is for 50+-5 hz running on US current.

PD008 should be set to 110.
There's a good chance you've already damaged either the spindle or VFD, or both.

Changed settings and everything is working fine.

Hi, I also need the settings for a 110v HY vfd with 2.2 kw, 110v spindle, 8.5 amp. I think I have most correct but I am unsure about PD006, PD007, PD009 , PD010 and PD041.

Thanks, Joe
