Hi Boyan
Nice to see you back on the forum again, you could try Wealden Tools, i used them when i was getting tooling together when i made my windows.

Thanks. At the end i went with CMT 870.504.11

I assume whatever i do will finish with round outside corners. Hope that looks good. Chose 35mm width , more or less as the doors i have at home. The only doubt i have is if this could plunge and what speeds and feeds...

A very nice short video how to program the custom shape of the profile cutter in Vectric V carve or Aspire. It took less than a minute.

So now i can preview the cut
25899 25900

Still not quite sure about the speeds and feeds with this 35mm bit, depth is 9.5mm. Will try it tomorrow at 16k rpm / on the tool it says it can/ 5000mm/min, 1.5mm depth of cut. It will take 7 cuts to finish to final depth of 9.5mm.

I believe i can go 2mm deep at 7000mm/min probably, but will start easier on the spindle. The initial speed will be like 13 min to finish one side of the door. Seems pretty slow to me.

Anyone has experience with ogee bits in MDF?
