Hi, I am rebuilding my computer and control box to sit on an ali plate mounted vertically in a cuboard on drawer slides.
28043

Now I need to think about the interface bracketry. The computer control (PWR,RST and leds) will go to the worktop box using a db9 cable and the CNC signals will be on a db15. Steppers will be on good ole GX16s. I just need to create a bracket with the right shape holes for it all.

Does anyone have any links to files of the db cut-outs? I need to pull them into Fusion 360 to 'punch' them out on the design so I can 3D print a bracket.

Every link I have looked at seems to be CAD files of the actual connectors.

Ta in advance for any help.

Happy Lockdown !

Rob

Thanks Dean, I looked there, they are in inches. I suppose I ought to bite the bullet and magnify them by 25.4. I went metric in the '70s.

I just thought you might be interested in one of the results of my search - GrabCAD.com a resource for sharing CAD designs. The contributor who came up was a chinese bloke called Wang King. ?????
