How deep are the countersinks (incidentally M8 cap heads require 13mm).

What is the tolerance?

Do you supply the metal?

They look like counterbores to me, not enough detail on the drawing.

Not M8 counterbores. There to allow for some float on M6.

I'm after full supply material and machining and delivery.

Had missed I hadn't dimensioned the counterbores, I will update. There are counterbores on the back also.

Just updated the drawing with counterbore dimensions, also plate thinkness increased to 12mm

That's OK I'll still do it out of 10mm because you have plus or minus 2mm tolerance :naughty:

Not grinding your nuts off but yes the drawing is clear enough, I'll have a look tomorrow and see if I have any plate in, probably be 1/2" though if I have? any good ?

Same here, nearest I have in plate is 8mm but I've got a 4m length of 6" x 1/2" alloy :naughty:

1/2" would be great, Just a mini skim to ensure its flat. Think my 10mm + or - 2mm was trying to make it easy for people t find plate. Would prefer closer too 12mm. How much then?
