After a rather bumpy start with my Taig CNC, I'm finally back on track!

I'm using a Taig with MEDW 4 axis controller and Kress High Speed Spindle. I'm machining some buffer beams and running a drill cycle followed by profiling the parts with a slot drill.

As I have to set the Z0 each time, I was wondering about using a small tool holder in the collet, something similar to this but to hold 3.175mm shank drills and slot drills.

Does anyone know if these are available? Straight 8mm shank, bored to 1/8" or 3mm, with a small grub screw to hold the cutter, a shoulder on the holder to ensure it repeatedly locates in the collect.

Best I have found on the web is for an ER8 straight holder

Not sure if you could fit it.
Just looked on the web and the newer Taig takes ER16 collets!
