Can anybody tell me if the straight ER8 collet holder mentioned in a recent thread on this forum (Collet Toolholder for small carbide tools) can be machined and threaded? I think it would form the basis of a fine high speed spindle similar to the Wolfgang engineering TB-350 (http://www.wolfgangengineering.com)
