Hi guys,
I have been mooching about the web for a while and found this site, it's nice to find a UK based group.
I am an electronics guy at heart but have been a programmer for a number of years, but still have hankerings to things that work by the magic smoke. I have never been too keen on making pcb's with the acid etch, so I thought of a cnc mill for them.
A friend and I are looking at a couple of Taiwanese units on Fleabay, but I fancy a bit of a bash at making one myself; Although probably quite basic and possibly not up to the job of pcb milling! my woodworking/ metalworking skills are average, so lets see.
