Hi
My name is Johann and I'm from South Africa. I've been interested in CNC machines for about 5 years now and have only recently finished building my machine. I wanted to build a titanium eating monster but reality has a nasty habit of interfering in one's plans. I think I can top you guys in saying that I live in the most hobby CNC-unfriendly country in the world. My machine is quite small, 40cm x 30cm, but it cuts foam, balsa, ply and MDF. It also does a not too shabby job of routing PCB.
Anyway, one can never have too much info at your disposal and that is why I'm here. Looking forward to see what everybody is up too.
