Been a model engineer for nearly 40 years with lathe and vertical milling machine in the garage. I say "model" but I have been making tools to make tools for most of that time...
Degree in electronics and lifetime working in computing; CNC looks like an interesting way to pull all these things together. And I want to build a small CNC router to cut out wing ribs and fuselage sides for model aircraft but as ever, likely to get side-tracked by building more tools first:smile:
