After months of planning, designing and programming we are proud to announce our upgraded online shop available at www.worldofcnc.com (http://www.worldofcnc.com)

The new shop is a major upgrade from our previous site with an even bigger focus on customer communication and customer support. This includes one of the main features we have focussed on which is our new helpdesk (http://www.worldofcnc.com/index.php?p=helpdesk). From within your account you are able to start helpdesk queries which will be visible to all Marchant Dice staff meaning a more efficient response than with emails directed to specific staff members. The new backend quoting system means we are able to respond to requests for quotes speedily, the customer receiving the quote via email as well as being able to view the quote from within their own account. As well as this the customer can also view all current order progress and view previous orders and invoices as well as links to purchase outstanding quotes directly from the customer account. All these features mean purchasing and order processing will be sped up and made a lot easier with the customer having more control and be able to do more for themselves.

There are many other major improvements to site design, product layout and order management included better navigation and improved product technical data and information, take a look and see for yourselves.

We were unable to migrate customer accounts from our previous site so please take a moment to register an account with us (http://www.worldofcnc.com/index.php?p=contact&page_id=2). This will enable you to get the full benefit of these new features as well as an option to receive product update emails and a new ‘Useful CNC Hints, Tips and How Do I?’s’ interactive newsletter we will be launching soon. This newsletter will be distributed via email as well as an online version being made available and as the name suggests will include articles, photos and videos covering a range of common and not so common questions and solutions.

To accompany this launch we are also pleased to announce our new desktop version of our 8’ x 4’ CNC milling machine package (http://www.worldofcnc.com/complete-cnc-packages/8-x-4-packages/8-x-4-rack-and-pinion-desktop-cnc-package-p-2669.html). This machine offers an alternate option to customers who have a large workbench space and do not require the full standalone machine package (http://www.worldofcnc.com/complete-cnc-packages/8-x-4-packages/8-x-4-rack-and-pinion-free-standing-cnc-package-p-1328.html).

Over the next few months we will be continuing to add more product ranges to our site so register an account (http://www.worldofcnc.com/index.php?p=contact&page_id=2) with us and keep updated.

Kind regards,

The Marchant Dice team

Personally I would be very wary about dealing with him. I have had bad dealings with him in the past but decided to give it another go. Won an ebay auction to buy 2mm carbide end mills at £7. After the auction ended the seller cancelled the sale saying the items were out of stock. He did refund the payment but also relisted the items for sale. He also has the same items for sale at £38.50 for a BIN. Dont know how he can do this if he doesnt have any stock!
Be careful if you wish to deal with him.

Regards

Ian

On a side note, i have had this type of thing happen a load of times with different sellers. I've complained to ebay and they always came down on the side of the seller. Do you think it has some thing to do with the income they generate:whistling:

Hi, why not phone or ask via our contact page, as manufacturers / cnc component stockist's we do our best to answer using our build experiance!

The graph: Trapezoidal 12mm Diameter / Length shows 4000mm @ 100rpm up to 1000mm @ 1500rpm

TR12 *1200mm = 900rpm
