Just a quick question which may save my duplication of effort.
Has anyone generated a schematic for the ebay single axis TB6560 (http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/CNC-Router-Single-One-1-Axis-3-5A-TB6560-Stepper-Stepping-Motor-Driver-Board-/170901960461?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item27ca8cf70d#ht_3833wt_1398) boards in a similar manner to the three axis one shown at the DrKFS.net web site (http://www.drkfs.net/REVERSESTEPPER.htm)?

It will be pretty similar, what do you need the board and schematic for?

It will be pretty similar, what do you need the board and schematic for?'cos, having decided what I'm doing about my previous BoB issues, I'm now looking at elimination of unnecessary I/P optos and particularly the power-up sequencing on these boards.
Despite the well documented horror stories associated with the low cost Chinese equipment of this type I'm minded that a little intelligent effort can get the best out of these Toshiba driver chips and make a well performing integrated system. Had our far eastern friends carefully read and digested the data and application sheets for these devices much time, money and anguish may have been saved.
P.S Thanks for sorting out the hyperlinks in my first post on this thread. I tried to get it right but got in a mess.

Whilst it's true that you could get slightly better performance from these boards with some small changes, I think you're flogging a dead horse. Unless you're intending to run a small, slow machine for drying paint I'd get better drivers. If you're after the cheapest possible option then even these drivers will greatly exceed the capability of the TB6560:

CNC Micro-Stepping Stepper Motor Driver 2M542 Bi-polar 2phase 4.2A Switch | eBay (http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/CNC-Micro-Stepping-Stepper-Motor-Driver-2M542-Bi-polar-2phase-4-2A-Switch-/170846930771?pt=UK_Home_Garden_PowerTools_SM&hash=item27c7454753)

(Probably not the cheapest, just the first I found but you get the idea...)

Which motors are you intending to run which these?
