BK12 Hole Spacing Dimensions On Top

I'm looking at the pdf's but cant seem to discover the spacing for the holes bolting through from the top. I can see the pitch is 46mm in one axis, but in the other i cant cleary work out what the sizes are, pitch, from which edge etc.
