What is the the equivalents to Harbor Freight?

Just out of mere curiosity I was wondering what the international community has equivalent to the US Harbor Freight stores? Harbor Freight being just a one stop asian import store.

Thanks Lee I was cruising through a little too quickly and missed where I wanted to put the post. It didn't occur to me until I started wondering why there was nothing but wood working material in that section :D
