Ebay CNC Pendant help please

Hi guys I have bought a pendant of ebay and everything is great exect i can't get the z axis to work of it. Everything else works fine ie: y axis, x axis, feeds etc just the z axis, i have tried the hotkey programming but nothing seems to work, thanks for any ideas...
