Sameca bar feeder problems

Hi all I have a Sameca bar feeder which we cannot turn on!! We seem to be having a problem getting the contact switch to pull in allowing us to start it!! We have replaced contact switch we know the fan works etc any ideas ??

Is there an emergency stop button ? or a switch that is saying something is unsafe like a guard is missing ?
