I have an electronics background with a particular interest in Audio-Visual electronics. Recently, inspired by a friend, I decided to try for self-employment, thus I'm trying to make things like effects pedals (eg., for guitars).
I need a way of (affordably) producing enclosures for these, so I've been looking at getting a CNC mill to make the necessary holes (in existing enclosures). I looked at things like punches, but once I'd bought the punch and a couple of dies, I'd be well on the way to the cost of a small mill...and I'd still have to find a way to apply labels!
As such, I'm looking at getting a small mill. Unless I manage to get hold of one at a reasonable price, I'll likely be posting some jobs in the nearish future.
