Is there a distributor or an equivalent system available in the UK?

I don't have experience with that unit, but have just created my own by running an airline into a block of ali and reducing that into a 3mm brass tube and then mounting a reservoir on top of my z-axis and running a fluid tube (PC coolant stuff) through the same block, where it then drips into the airflow from the brass tube.
I still have to do something more controllable to the fluid tube than a clamp but it works well, as you hopefully can see if you go to my youtube channel (also shows some evolution on the z-axis). That might be a cheaper option for you and especially as your machine has a fixed Z iirc.

Cheers Washout, your mister looks cool. Would be a nice project to have a go at (although the control you have on the Coolubricator is tempting..!)
If you have any diagrams/further instructions on how you made yours then I'd love to have a closer look - it's probably simples to you and most others looking at this topic, but I'm a bit of a dunce when it comes to the mechanical and a bit of instruction goes a long way..!

This might help (I rarely do anything these days mechanical without doing at least a Sketchup first).
Hardest part was blind threading the air side 1/4" BSP thread.
You should be able to see on my video that all I've done with the "nozzles" is tie them together with the fluid on top so that it drips into the airflow below it. I was using an airbrush previously but that ate through fluid and fogged the entire workshop up in minutes.

My solution is currently on the Heath-Robinson side, I'll re-engineer it at some point.
I'm using copper brake pipe for air chip clearance, the nozzle was formed by crimping the end of the pipe in a 3-jaw chuck with a bit of piano wire down the middle to keep the required jet size opening.
I added to this an old-style adjustable drip-oiler with a length of tube directing the drips onto the chip clearance air pipe a few inches above the end. The result is fairly coarse droplet lube with no discernable contamination beyond the guards -
