Hi I am very new to cnc but it looks fascinating - I was trying to find a dremel sized cnc router because I am a bit nervous to loose any body parts so dremel would suite me (I don't think I need a mill).
I basically want to cut some gears from pine/other non oak type of wood 1cm at the thickest point (but if dremel for example cant cut 1cm thick I could be happy to make 2 thinner pieces and glue them) and compressed cardboard(I do not know what this is called elsewhere - in France we have something called carton gris which is a compressed cardboard 1-4mm thick)

Is there a machine someone can recommend with English instructions / support at a reasonable costs that would ship to france (without having to build all electronics and an ok UI) - I don't need super precision - but not to bad would be good ? I prefer in Europe because I am a bit wary of Chinese support even tho I see most stuff on ebay is from china -

Merci in advance
