I have a simple graphic (pic below) that I want to cut in 3D (as its 3 axis probably 2.5D). Can anyone advise me on how to convert this image - if that's possible.

I have Aspire 4, but I think I really need to import a shaded model in order to get shaped depth!! looking at other 3D models surely these are not created by hand! I am hoping that there is some form of software etc that will assist with this, any ideas!

Aspire is the right software, i would say the best for the purpose. Here are the steps:

-First yo have to import the JPG file and trace it

-Clean the vector result having in mind what you aim is.

-Decide what ball nose bit you will use

-Node edit and divide all elements to separate groups.

-3d extrude, shape and smooth all elements using Aspire 3d art capabilities

-generate rouging cuts

-generate finishing cuts
