Which cables to shield?

My CY cable has arrived and I was planning on using it for drivers to steppers (earthed at driver end), limits to bob (earthed at bob end),, vfd to spindle (earthed at vfd end). Should i use it for any of the following and if so, which end to earth? Mains to PSU, Mains to VFD, PSU to Drivers, Breakout board to drivers.

Any advice much appreciated.
