4th Axis CAM Software Multi Sided Machining

My new machine has a 4th axis, this isn't really something I'll be using straight off but what software is good for generating tool paths for 4th axis?

Does cut 3D support 4th axis? If a part is held in the 4th axis and rotated, to machine each face, or produce complex, machined parts, like the base of a chimney where the chimney saddle mates with the smokebox? I was thinking it would be nice to produce some small parts in wax for casting like this, but has no experience with 4th axis!
