CNC hot wire cutter

Hello,

I'm looking to buy or use a CNC hot wire cutter for a furniture prototype that has a lot of curves. I'm sparing the details for general interest, but what I'm looking for is a CNC kit or the potential to use somebody else's CNC wire cutter for my project. (So I supply the foam, the owner of the machine cuts it and then sends it to me).

I'm on a tiny budget and any help would be appreciated. The length of the furniture (desk) is 1.55metres so I will be using multiple layers of 100mm foam in order to achieve the form. (so lots of repeat templates which ins't really ideal for a manual foam cutter which I already own)
