Ok, I've got my eye on this thing. Just not sure if it's thick enough.
Look at this on eBay http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/331996752740
There is some bigger stuff on eBay but thinner and was used for bogs, so might be full of scratch and sniff.
Ok, i bought an old Trespa Athlon lab worktop and man, it's the ducks guts. I didn't realise how solid this is until I started cutting it with a circular saw to get it in the car.
I've got a 2000x700 piece left to sell if someone wants it. It's a 16mm thick sheet.
Thanks to all for their input.
Great! Also just FIY this stuff is incredible for molds, as it keeps very good dimension and has very good resollution when fine cut with small bits. Say you need some gears made or you design sth. Cut it inside the sheet, then pour PU and there you have it.

Great tip, I'll keep that in mind!
Hi - do you still have this?
