Emco Pc Mill 100 CNC milling machine, in brilliant used condition. Price include VAT and invoice will issued
Have been used very little in a secondary school in Sweden. In very low hours never in industrial production.
As you can see on the picture of operators panel, it looks like have been used just for few times.
The machine has been greased and oiled with the original lubricants recommended by Emco.
Very precision small machine. Can fit in garage

Price: £5500 incl VAT ( loaded on truck )

Some machine details:

- 10 tools automatic tool changer
- 11 tool holders in total ( include 1x shell end mill arbor and 1x Z axis 30mm zero finder )
- central lubricating system
- coolant device with pump
- Original software +MSD ( hardware machine data ) disk and license key for Siemens and Fanuc controllers
- Siemens 810/820 controller preinstalled
- Fanuc 0 controller ( need Fanuc opreators panel - not included but can be find on Ebay for app £150 )
- Machine manual and maintenance
- Electrical documentation
- Service parts documentation
- Software manual
- Emco protocol of proof
- 3 phase power. Compressed air inlet.
- Can be retrofitted to Mach3 but I recommend the original controller.
- The only problem with this machine is a missing plastic knob on the rotary main power switch. The switch itself included and works as have to be.

Can be seen under power and working with the NC programs already in the HDD but I have not much knowledge with programming.

We´re looking for something like this... Do you know how much the transportation might be worth? Another doubt is that the software is complete & the machine is tested.. (is it?) ...
- We could not be certain that the year of manufacture was 1997... (not clear in photo)...
- We are a manufacturing firm that has uses for a ´small´ machine as this, & we´re interested in it as a backup....
