A warning, eBay - refund after 45 days?

I bought 3 of these on ebay about 50 days ago...

Seller kept stalling, sent tracking number but that eventually showed the item arriving somewhere in China.

Looks like now 45 days has elapsed I've no chance of getting my £98 back :mad:

From his feedback and the number he's sold the seller looks fine, so maybe I was just unlucky. Either way I thought I'd warn people here as there's other sellers with these drivers for a similar price we can use instead.
