Used Routout CNC Recently?

Has anyone used Routout CNC recently?

I placed an order for a breakout board 3 weeks ago & still haven't received it despite sending a couple of emails...got a "it'll be sent out in a couple of days" response to the first email, but that was 2 weeks ago & haven't heard anything since :whistling:

I first used Mike a few years back, the service back then was really good...seems to have changed now though?

Trying not to over react - but in this day & age this kind of service is pretty amateur.

So much for buying british & expecting a faster delivery time than buying overseas - maybe a lesson learned.

Well given the lack of response to my last email several days ago & the fact that I still haven't received my order, I've requested that the order be cancelled and that I get a full refund - I'm not a happy chappy...I won't be using Routout CNC again.
