3018 problem
hey ppl ive have a 3018 cnc off my wife for a present, anyways ive figured out the basic of it and been practicing little things and ive come to a problem, the same problem a few times with no idea how to fix anyways when im engraving something or other i get to the right of the design and it starts cutting up instead of following the designs about the same place every time, any ideas?

I have a CNC 3018 Pro for two month, and it work will. Could you please upload a video on youtube so that maybe I can help you.

You need to zero xy and z axis after you adjusted the spindle and base.

thanks that worked its sorted, well it was now the stepper motors arent moving they make a humming noise but dont move any ideas?

There are two possibilities, First one is that your stepper motor is broken. Second is that the thread rod was not inserted into the coupler properly. There are two small screws in the sides of coupler, Look at the picture.Attachment 26887Attachment 26888Attachment 26889

I've taken the motors off completely they move a little not much but a tiny bit

All of the motors have the same problem? Have you set the step of the motor?1 means 1 cm.Attachment 26890

I sorted it mate I noticed the feed had changed so changed it to the highest and its work again thanks
