i tried using the T series and gave up due to too much friction and binding, so i got some proper ball bearing carriages,
i would advise using supported round rail for the cheap option or profile rail and carriages for the expensive route.
Any plain bearing, including igus bearings, will bind up if you exceed the 2:1 rule, see here for more information: http://www.igus.co.uk/wpck/default.a...egeln&CL=GB-en
A better system in my opinion would be DryLin W, more flexible bearing spacing and lower cost: http://www.igus.co.uk/wpck/default.a...ename=drylin_w
