he has over 370 items in his listings.
his shop always comes up as empty unless I go through an old mail then click see other items.

O thats true, it maybe setup so that his listings only show if you access ebay through ebay.com rather than ebay.co.uk, I know there is an additional option for listings that asks you if you would like your items to be displayed on international ebay sites, I bet its that.

Ok just checked it, if you swap the .co.uk to .com the listings show up, so im confident what I said above is true.
