Lithophane help around Milton Keynes?

Greetings all

I was hoping to have my CNC up and running by now but the amassing of "brownie points" with "her" has delayed me from the project. I'm looking for some help from someone, preferably local-ish, who could create a lithophane for me from a supplied image...

It's her birthday soon and this could well get me enough points to buy me the time to actually do the CNC bit!

I'm based around Milton Keynes and would gladly pay for the materials etc... More details by PM if you need them... (she has google and knows how to use it! :-)
