Greeting From Sheffield

Well here I am. My names Andy, I'm from Sheffield and I'm a projectaholic.
Why am I here? Well I make engine castings for old race bikes. Generally without patterns.
I'm stuck with my latest project though. Its a twin cylinder with separate barrels heads and rocker boxes. I've got one head and rocker box both damaged in a fire. My plan is to make them look right with filler, then 3D scan them. Import the images into solidworks that I have acquired. Mirror the image. Then machine the 4 images in insulation foam. I can then cast them in my Vac investment cast tub thing previously built.
I'm hoping there is someone in Sheffield/ South Yorkshire that can help with the machining. I think it would be easiest with a 4 axis router as the parts are curved and finned.
If anyone has any ideas or knows someone, or even a firm local that would be interested I'd really appreciate it.
