Best spindle for engraving brass, silver?

Hi,
I need to choice my first spindle for jewellery engraving, silver, brass and similar.
I am think in Spindle-Set Teknomotor HF-Motor 0.27 kW / ER11 / 230V / 24.000 U/min but it is 1.8Kg and limited to 24.000Rpm.
Any spindle suggestion under £0.7K, <1.5Kg and >24.000Rpm?

There is no "No China" . if you think that the Tecnomotor are not made there...

Any other spindle not made in China, better that this Italian Teknomotor.
