I'm interested in rough quotes for a part so I can work out if it is a viable product with this way of manufacturing.

I only need the machining cost from you. And ignore the first batch set-up costs. I'm interested in the ongoing batch cost for eg 100 at a time.

The part is a block of nylon or delrin (TBD). Say 65mm x65mm x16mm thick. 15cm3 to be removed internally, full depth in some places.

Tell me what influences the cost. What diameter cutter do you use, and if a detail requires a small tool does that add to the cost (I assume it does)
