CNC Turret Mill range

Hi all,
As I'm only a small company I'm looking to get our first CNC turret/bed mill as Vertical Machining Centres are out of my budget range.

What are the best CNC turret mills for between £10- £12k? Are any capable of rigid tapping cycles as this would save a lot of time?

I quite like the XYZ turret mills with the protrak control.
