Need help with a prom 150 THC

Hopefully someone can help me with this question.

I have a Proma 150 THC and on the Directions says connect pin 5 and 6 to the controller. If you at the Hypertherm THC connection it says that pins 5 and 6 are black and white. If you use a continuity tester pin six is Green and pin 5 is black. Has anyone else come across this problem?

The Proma 150 connected to my board works correct going up and down in test mode but when you run a program it goes up but not down. Torch max is set at 2.00 in and torch min is set at 0.00 inches any thoughts.
