    Thanks for the photo. Mine is similar as you said (I will post upgrade soon), but the X ballscrew is on top of the axis.
    I plan to use 1605 screw for the Z axis with a 2.2kw spindle. The distance between X rails and spindle will be ~23cm.
    I think, with this configuration, it will have more leverage. Is it right?

    I will try to put X rails on top and bottom. Thanks for the advice ;)

    Is it a good idea to replace the light 40x120 profile with
    a heavy 40x160 or heavy 80x160? Z clearance will be around 150mm (5.9"). This way there will have only one plate on top of the bearing blocks to support the X axis.

    my ballscrew isn't very straight. Could it be a problem when everything's bolted down?
    Is it a correct way to adjust the space between ballscrew and plate?
