    I am using the linear command but it runs in the x direction on the part and i want it to run down the y direction.
    Hope im making my self clear.

    Hi Kell,

    I think you need to go into the Linear Sketch Pattern Property Manager, once you setup and define "Direction 1/X-Axis" it should enable "Direction 2" and this will be your Y-Axis, to specify the Y direction for the Y-Axis, you first need to add additional "instances" for Direction 2.

    Forgot to say I am using solidcam,
    Don't seem to be able to see a sketch pattern any where

    The sketch pattern is something you would have drawn or already have in front of you to be working with?

    It's the the "property manager" for either I think you need in order to select or change the YAXIS direction.
