    I can't explain, I should probably shut up, it just looks unfinished. If the router moved back towards the gantry it would look better. If the lower Z axis bearings were at the bottom of the gantry it would look better. If the bed bearings were under the gantry so it didn't depend on verticals screwed to horizontals I would be rubbing my hands together in glee and shouting whoopy do!

    Robin do appreciate your comments, so far I managed to skim 10mm by putting spindle closer to the plate.
    Problem is that I should ask first and fabricate later. I am seating on it now - previous correction was easier to do.
    I will put X axis bearing on top and bottom of the gantry - saving a lot of distance but sacrifice stiffens (extra 50mm taller legs)
    Regard the bed bearings as you see from current design they are in between spindle center point - so perfect position (this will moved towards gantry later).
