Yes if it starts then try lowering the Accel until it doesn't. Usually around 4-6 will work ok but depends on spindle.

Ok it's doing something. It's controlling via the software but not firing up

Should I turn the other wires off in the VFD, maybe it's looking for those?(Green/red/yellow )

if this doesn't work then you probably not got voltage coming out of the eding so test voltage. @ s12000 you should have around 5v

Ok Guys had a bit time to revisit this. Your help would be very much appreciated.

The above options don’t work, however after a bit of fiddling, UV managed to get the spindle to switch on and off with the software.

My question is, what will control the speed? I’ve got 0-10v coming from the PWM and increases when spindle speed on the pendant wheel.
I’ve tried connecting to AC1&2 and also VC1&2 with no luck. I’m guessing it’s a setting in the VFD but I can’t see it.

It’s also worth mentioning that if I put PWM to X1-2-3 or 4 I get a separate set speed on each.

Please help guys, half way there!
