    Morning, what cutting tool is best to use on acrylic sheet?

    Single or 2 flute sharp cutter. Look at APT's website for something that will suit.

    Also, make sure you use cast rather than extruded acrylic. I find that cast cuts really well and extruded can melt onto the endmill at the same feeds and speeds.

    In addition, using a little washing up liquid in water provides an excellent cutting fluid and using a 'climb' cutting direction seems to improve surface finish to the cut edge.
    Spelling mistakes are not intentional, I only seem to see them some time after I've posted
