I Have a Isel CPM 2018 thati have converted to run with Mach3 on it is a Isel UFM 500 ut it dose not have any collets oe a clamp nut, I have bought 2 different nuts and a set of ER11 collets, none of which fit the collets are the wrong taper and the nuts one size is too small and the thread on the other seems wrong like one is a taper they are CNBTR 11 A and other is CNBTR 11 M

dose any one have any Idea what collets and nut fit this spindle are they Kress? or do i just buy a chineese air cooled brushless??? or maybe a new Kress 800 or 1050 about same money

They are proprietary, not an industry-wide standard like ER collets, that is where to buy them from, along with part numbers.

thanks Got a price for a 3.175mm - 1/8" collet from them today £45 + £5 postage for each size, think a chineese ER11 spindle is the way to go. was hoping that someone may know if there Kress there a lot cheaper, google dose not know before some smart arse chimes in with google is your friend

I found this listing in 5 minutes using a little intelligent searching using........

    Yes, you guessed it, Google!

It actually looks like they aren't, the part numbers for the 500 and 1050 collets are different and Kress listing suggests they share a fitting with the 1050, not the 500.
