    HI
a while ago I built a 3 axis system using a 10" x y table and a water cooled variable speed spindle. all the parts came from cnc4u except the x y table.
it all works and I made a couple of projects but ive gone back to manual so its all up for grabs if anyone's interested.
contact me if you are and I can list all the components
cost a bl**dy fortune to build!
    cheers
    carl

    Hi,
sorry its taken so long to fill in the details

control unit mounted and wired in a funky acrylic clear box, comes with all the leads.
I have a licensed copy of mach3 not sure how to transfer the license tho

    cnc4u part codes
    CP0-10V breakout board
    UC300-USB
    CWD556 stepper controller 3
    36V 11A 400Watt PSU
plus relay board to switch mains to control water pump, spindle & 1 spare. emergency stop no volt switch and z axis stop jack

the xy table is made by NEAT, it is solid billet ali and weighs about 15kgs, it has 8" travel, the table is 10" square. The lead screws have a 2mm pitch. All the bearings are adjustable for backlash, at the opposite end to the stepper motor there is a dual ball bearing configuration that you pre load them against each other

    some pictures I hope

this is the spindle mounted on a zero backlash ballscrew. It comes with a water pump and variable speed controller. all bought from cnc4u as a system so designed to work together. also a set or er20 ncollets, some unused.
It has a Microsoft webcam with upgraded optics for zero location that works with mach3
    z axis limit switch.
It all works fine and has hardly been used
