Is anyone knocking out rotating nut fixtures for ballscrews RM2510???

Would be interested in a price for 2 off.

If you're reading this and you don't make them but know someone that does if you could pass on a name that would be great.

    cheers,

    paul

    Cheers Clive,

I tried emailing Johnathan a few days ago but didn't hear anything. I noticed his last activity date was in august so not sure if he's left or on a break from it all.

If anyone else is knocking these out I'd be glad to hear from them.

    Cheers,

    p

    Boys,

if we can get the numbers, I could assist in getting this off the ground. I already have a compact and economical solution in mind.
My ballscrew suppliers are easy when it comes to low quantity special nut shapes so that will not be an issue.

If you wanted to go with the bog standard screws, and ballnuts that can also be accommodated.

The question for you will be what motor sizes you are likely to want.

3nm would be a good start point and I''m sure 8nm and 12nm would be sellers to.

    I'm a 3nm kind of guy

I think Komatias meant frame size, not torque ;-)
I would expect a choice between Nema23, 34, and 60/80 servo sizes would cover most bases.

Until Komatias posted, I was thinking of making some of these, but I won't step on his toes.
