Thread: Hi from Lincoln

    Hello All
I'm Fabian from Lincoln in Lincolnshire (UK) and I'm interested in constructing an Axidraw writing clone. I bought some items from Banggood (China), but I'm still looking for suppliers here in the UK.

I have a few questions about wiring and setting up the Arduino as well as how to join two ends of a GT2 Timing Belt so I can get it to the correct size.

I didn't want to start using the forum with a warning about not posting in the right section so I've used this introduction to get an idea of where to ask my questions.

    Thanks a lot.

    Fabian.

Hi Fabian and welcome to the forum. Just post where you feel is the correct place or start a build log to keep all the questions in one place, regarding the timing belt you can buy them any length or ever made to measure.

A search engine is your friend.
Spelling mistakes are not intentional, I only seem to see them some time after I've posted

I use City Seals and Bearings in Sheffield but most cities with any local industry will have a bearing and seal supplier, or 3
You think that's too expensive? You're not a Model Engineer are you? :D
