Thread: Ele 2030-3s

    Good afternoon.

I will create this post to tell my experience with my purchase.

After much research, I gained the courage to buy a Chinese cnc.

It's all very beautiful when you're negotiating. But after closing the deal, and sending some of the money away, things change a little.

    I bought the Blue Elephant a 2030-3S.

    - Effect work size: 2000 * 3000 * 300mm

    - 2 air cooled spindle verticals (6kw HQD and 3.5kw HQD air)

    - 1 Horizontal spindle with 3.5kw

    - 7.5kw Fuling inverter

    - PM95A control system

    - Handwheel, I came to find out later that the controller does not support, so I ran out of control.

    - 4 servo motors - 750w Japan YASKAWA and driver

    - 3 pcs of pop up pins on X axis and 4 pcs of pop up pins on Y axis

    - Sweden ABBA linear guide 20mm, came from another brand, but there is no problem that it is also a brand new

    - Helical rack gears for X, Y axis

    - Taiwan TBI ball screw for Z axis

    - Manual lubrication system

    - Tool sensor calibration

    - T-slot & vacuum working table, This came only the engine and the piping installed underneath the structure.
The entire electrical part of the vacuum system did not come.
I already had to spend € 500 on electrical stores.

    - Japan OMRON limit switch for Z axis. They only put in a

    - Soft limit switch

    - Highly flexible towline, fire-resistant double-sheathed cable

    - Working voltage: 380h, 3ph, 50hz

    - Artcam 2012 - Pirate Crack

    - Manual Lubrication System (Never came, And very few manuals to help.)

In summary mode, the experience has not been bad.

The machine is solid and resistant, but with very bad finishes.

    Very bad paint.

Welds look very bad, any kid with 3 days of work can weld better.

The assistance they both give and everything is very easy, is a problem.
    Much caused by time difference.
I still do not want to go into details, I think they deserve the benefit of doubt and let's see how it goes.

At the moment already works, already I can do works with the vertical spindle.
But the information on how to make the machine work, with the 3 spindles, so that they alternate between them automatically, is not easy to reach.

I'll post a photo here for anyone who wants to see.

And the more information I have, the more I say.

    Hi,
Annoying that the welds are poor, the rest of the machine looks good.

How much was it? If you don't mind me asking
http://www.mycncuk.com/threads/10880...60cm-work-area My first CNC build WIP 120cm*80cm

If you didn't buy it from China the company you bought it from did ;)

yes the welds and the paint are of low quality.

the rest even looks good to me.

it's worth the software is Artcam.
the rest I'm still figuring out if it works well if it does not.
